1King Terms and Conditions

These terms cover who can hold a 1King account and how the one-account and bonus rules work. They also cover what happens with an inactive balance and how a formal complaint gets handled. We've kept this page to the confirmed rules that govern account use, rather than repeating promotional details covered elsewhere on the site.

Reading through this page before registering, or before claiming a bonus, helps avoid the situations that most commonly trip players up. Duplicate accounts and unfinished wagering are the usual culprits.

Eligibility and Restricted Countries

Registration requires a player to be at least 18 years old, a rule checked at the point of sign-up. Beyond the minimum age, 1King's terms list a set of countries whose residents are restricted from holding an account.

The restricted list includes North Korea, Myanmar, the Netherlands (Kingdom), the Russian Federation, Sint Maarten, Syria, and Ukraine's occupied regions of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. It also includes Northern Cyprus and the Republic of Cyprus, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

This list is stated as non-exhaustive in the platform's terms. That means the company may decline registrations from other countries too, at its own discretion, beyond those named above. Being outside the named list isn't a guarantee of eligibility on its own. The age requirement still applies, and the company retains the right to decline any registration it chooses.

One Account Per Player

1King strictly enforces a single account per player. Opening a duplicate account under a different name, a different device, or a different payment method falls outside the terms. This applies whether or not it was intentional. Account login details are meant for the registered holder alone. They're not to be shared with or used by another person.

Bonus Abuse Rules

Bonuses on 1 King are limited to one per person, one per email address, one per phone number, and one per device or IP address and payment account. Multiple accounts detected from the same device or the same IP address are treated as bonus abuse under the terms. This applies regardless of the names used to register them.

During bonus play, deliberately delaying rounds, free spins, or bonus rounds is also against the rules. They need to be played through in a normal manner. If a bonus is removed or expires before it's cleared, any related unfinished winnings are forfeited along with it.

  • One account, one identity, one set of login credentials per player.
  • One bonus claim per person, email, phone number, device, IP address, and payment account.
  • Deliberately slow-playing bonus rounds or free spins is treated as a breach of the bonus terms.
  • Winnings tied to a removed or expired bonus are forfeited if the wagering wasn't completed first.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 months may start incurring a monthly account-management fee. This begins 30 days after that 12-month mark. The fee only applies where the account carries a positive balance. An account sitting at a zero balance draws no fee, regardless of how long it's been inactive.

Logging in and using the account resets the inactivity clock. This includes placing a bet, spinning a slot, or making a deposit. Because of that, a fee only becomes relevant to accounts that go untouched for an extended stretch with funds still sitting in them.

Complaints Process

A formal complaint needs to be raised within 6 months of the issue it relates to. Filing a complaint is free, and only the registered account holder can submit one. A complaint raised by a third party on someone else's behalf isn't processed under this rule.

Access to independent dispute resolution (ADR) is provided in line with the licensing framework 1King operates under. Where a complaint can't be resolved directly with the platform, this ADR access gives players a route to an independent party. The Curaçao regulator can also be reached directly, at [email protected], for matters that fall within its oversight.

Governing Law

1King's terms are governed by the law of Curaçao. Curaçao courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the terms. This means any formal legal dispute connected to the platform's terms is handled under that jurisdiction, rather than a player's home courts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I open a second 1King account?

No. Duplicate accounts under a different name, device, or payment method fall outside the terms, and 1King treats this strictly.

What happens if my country is on the restricted list?

Residents of the listed countries and regions fall outside the platform's eligibility rules. The list is stated as non-exhaustive, so other restrictions may apply at the company's discretion.

Does an inactive account always get charged a fee?

No. The fee only applies to an account with a positive balance that's been inactive for 12 months. It starts 30 days after that point. A zero-balance account draws no fee.

How long do I have to file a complaint?

Six months from the date of the issue. Filing is free, and only the registered account holder can submit one.

Which law governs these terms?

Curaçao law, with Curaçao courts holding exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
